Our Commitment to Secure Packaging
Each mug is meticulously packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Your mug will be placed in a secure, sturdy box and extensively cushioned with protective wrapping materials. Due to this secure packaging process, the risk of damage during transit is extremely low.
No Returns Policy
Because of the secure packaging method and the custom nature of our printed products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for our ceramic mugs. Please ensure you review your order details, including the design and personalization, carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Refund Eligibility (Damage Only)
We understand that, on very rare occasions, shipping mishaps can occur.
We only offer a refund if your mug arrives damaged due to a severe error by the shipping courier.
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the damage within 24 hours of the delivery date.
You must provide clear photographic evidence of the following:
The damaged mug itself.
The exterior of the packaging/box showing any visible signs of mishandling by the courier.
The interior packaging/protective wrapping materials.
Our team at Meerkat and Co. Prints will review the evidence. Given the extensive protective measures we use, a refund will only be issued if we confirm that the damage was caused by courier negligence despite our secure packaging efforts.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted for:
Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
Minor aesthetic flaws in the packaging (e.g., small dents on the box).
Any damage reported after the 24-hour notification window
