Mug Care Guide

 

To keep your Mystic Mugs by Melinda looking as vibrant as the day they arrived, please follow these simple care instructions:

• Dishwasher & Microwave Safe: Our mugs are designed for daily use and are safe for both the dishwasher and microwave. However, to preserve the "neon" brilliance of the colours for the long term, we recommend  to wash the mugs with hand or using a gentle dishwasher cycle.

• Avoid Abrasives: When hand-washing, please use a soft sponge. Avoid using metal scourers or abrasive cleaning pads, as these can scratch the high-quality finish and the print surface.

• Extreme Temperatures: While sturdy, ceramic can be sensitive to "thermal shock." Avoid moving your mug directly from a freezing cold environment into boiling water to prevent any risk of cracking.
