2. Pricing and Product Description All prices displayed in the shop are inclusive of the product and applicable taxes, but do not include delivery costs, which are calculated at checkout. While we strive for total accuracy in our 3D-style product images, please note that slight color variations may occur between your digital screen and the final printed ceramic mug. Each 11 oz mug is handcrafted and inspected to meet our high-quality glossy finish standards before being packed in double-sided boxes for protection.
3. Cancellations and Liability Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel your order, provided the item is not a personalized or custom-made commission. For damaged items, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy regarding our "Damaged on Arrival" procedures. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods, and we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once the package has left our care.
